In 1998 Chef Imad was invited to Paris to compete in making European sweets. There he achieved first place certificate (Modè Et Crèation).
In 2003 Chef Imad once again set off to Brussels to learn the art of fine quality
Chocolates and cakes. There he completed his diploma Bakery & Confectionery Semina
(Puratos Brussels, Belgium).
Since 2012 called La Galette Patisserie is Chef’s Imad place to demonstrate his passion in bakery and sweet industry it’s the place where every peace you taste is created with love and care.
The French word La Galette, word means King’s Cake. It’s a tradition that dates back to the 14th century in France. The Galette des Rois is a way for French people to celebrate the Epiphany, the arrival of the Three Wise men. So every year after that the Galette was served to the king with a crown on it.
