About us..
In 1998 Chef Imad was invited to Paris to compete in making European sweets. There he achieved first place certificate
(Modè Et Crèation).
In 2003 Chef Imad once again set off to Brussels to learn the art of fine quality Chocolates and cakes. There he completed his diploma Bakery & Confectionery Semina
(Puratos Brussels, Belgium).
Since 2012 called La Galette Patisserie is Chef’s Imad place to demonstrate his passion in bakery and sweet industry it’s the place where every piece you taste is created with love and care.
The French word La Galette means King’s Cake. It’s a tradition that dates back to the 14th century in France.
The Galette des Rois is a way for French people to celebrate the Epiphany, the arrival of the Three Wise men. So every year after that the Galette was served to the king with a crown on it.

Made from our top quality ingredients our traditional beklawa has made huge reviews with our customers.
This is a rich product made from fine cashews and pastry dipped in a light rose water syrup. With over 30 different selections we also have a vast variety of oriental sweets such as lady arms, nammoura, chaaybiet, maamoul and lots of other mouth watering sweets.
These are available everyday and you can also place an order by request. We cater to our clients from halal to those who are diabetic.
Only the chef hand makes all the chocolates at La Galette. A quality product can only be created using the best ingredients (Belcolade, Callebaut & Cadbury).
We make all shapes and designs of chocolates and can wrap them in different coloured paper upon request. There is no limit to what we can do for our customers.
As most of our designs are imported from overseas we can offer the latest model designs whether it be for a newborn baby or engagement or wedding, whatever the occasion we can deliver.
